Publicly tendered high profile Municipal project in three village locations. Coast Construction acted as Prime Contractor delivering exceptional pre-construction and construction management services, including value engineering, cost controls, budgeting, with project reporting exceeding RMOW legislated requirements. The project included extensive civil works and utility services upgrades within existing high traffic locations. This was an exercise in collaboration on all aspects of design, constructability, value engineering and extremely detailed high-level reporting.
