Projected Completed

December 2014

A 100-year-old textile manufacturing site, the Quigley Building, one of Vancouver’s prestigious heritage buildings, was fully restored following significant fire damage in September 2014. Now a vibrant commercial and office building, the original three-storey, brick-and-timber frame structure was updated to modern code requirements with central HVAC, new elevator, sandblasted brick-and-beam interior and new double-glazed wood windows.
