Two-storey commercial and residential development in prime Whistler location. This new build project showcases a ground floor office space (2830 square-feet) with the potential to be subdivided into two units and four one-bedroom/one-bathroom employee-housing units situated above. The building features large windows, roof overhangs and a prominent chimney and was designed with one side having restaurant ventilation and an additional 600 square-foot patio. Project included demolition of existing structure and extensive structural and utility services upgrades over existing underground parkade.
