Truly an impressive remodel from a classic 1980’s built home. Coast Construction managed the design build, architectural drawings and engineering, working alongside Integrated Design Studio. The design highlights the newly vaulted space in the living room and kitchen. Extensive structural work was done to open up the special layout and raise the roofline to create new living spaces, master bedroom, ensuites and guest accommodations.
