A Brent Murdoch and Company designed two-storey commercial mixed-use development in a prime Whistler Creekside location. This new build project includes a 2830 square-foot ground floor open space to allow for subdivision into 2 units. There are four one-bedroom/one-bathroom employee-housing units situated above. The building features large commercial glazing, detailed roof overhangs, a 660 square-foot commercial level deck and a prominent masonry chimney designed with one side housing restaurant ventilation. Project included demolition of existing structure and extensive structural and utility services upgrades over existing underground parkade – all on a tight busy intersection site.
