This design build residence showcases modern contemporary architecture while meeting stringent building performance standards of step code 4. Two storey windows and vaulted ceilings allow for plenty of natural light and accentuate the world class views. A grand floating staircase seamlessly connects all three levels of the spacious purposefully designed residence. Zoning permitted an auxiliary rental building, both done in under 18 months.
